MICHELE S. LOB. Psy.D., MFT – Program Director

Michele is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist who has extensive experience in working with families, children and individuals. She held the position of clinical director of the first substance abuse treatment center for women and children in Orange County. Michele’s passion and strength is in offering women a genuine love, hope and caring on their journey to self-empowerment and recovery.

   
WARREN R. TAFF, MD, M.P.H

WARREN R. TAFF, MD, M.P.H – Consulting Physician

Dr. Taff works extensively both with chemically dependent and psychiatric patient populations. With specific expertise in medication management, he is on faculty at the University of Southern California for the psychiatric residents. Board certified, he has served as Medical Director for chemical dependency, eating disorders and psychiatric treatment programs with a vertically integrated delivery system and provides guidance to the treatment team in the delivery of their continuum of addiction treatment services.

Dr. Brown is a well-known licensed Marriage Family Therapist. He has a long history in assisting patients and their families heal from the addictive process through his lectures, groups and family sessions.

SUSAN BAILEY, CAS – Facility Services Coordinator

Susie is a Certified Addiction Specialist dedicated to working with women in recovery. Her enthusiasm, empathy, and personal knowledge and understanding of the 12-Step Recovery Program make her an invaluable member of The Victorian team.

IRVINA KANAREK - Marketing and Alumni Coordinator

Irvina is an entertaining writer and blogger in the Eating Disorder field. Her ability to be authentic and light hearted with clients and always straight forward makes her a valuable member of the Victorian House.

Irvina's compassion and personal experience as an Eating Disorder survivor has allowed her to cultivate a strong group of Victorian alumni who keep each other accountable for their daily recovery.

JOI PRENDEVILLE - BASW, Pych Tech

Joi’s experience working with women in the field of drug and alcohol addiction, coupled with her own eating disorder recovery make her an asset to the Victorian Team. Joi has extensive 12 step program knowledge and a passion for passing that along to women who still suffer.
